shipping

All of our products are shipped using Fedex or DPD.  We will keep you up to date on the progress of your order and will contact you when it is ready to be dispatched.  You will also receive an individual tracking number so that you can track your order.  Any changes to delivery once you have received your tracking number, should be arranged with the courier company.

We only work with trusted courier companies but in the unlikely event that your order is not delivered, or is lost in transit, we will replace the lost items with a new delivery as soon as we can. Please allow us time to investigate any issues with the courier company first to ensure the items are not recoverable.  Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds.

All samples and Gift Vouchers are sent by standard Royal Mail.

We offer INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING to the US and Canada, as well as many countries across Europe.  All shipping costs are calculated at check-out.

For UK orders we aim to have made and delivered your order within 5 days.  For deliveries across Europe, we aim for 7 days and for deliveries to the US and Canada, we aim to deliver your order within 10 working days.  Please note, these are estimated delivery times which may vary from order to order and depending on stock.

returns

We are happy to offer free returns on all of our standard size, non-damaged products.  Orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.  We cannot accept returns for any items that have been damaged, are visibly used, or for any custom size products.

Once your return has been received, we will confirm receipt to you and refund the amount (excluding the original shipping costs) back to your original method of payment.

We regret that we cannot cover the cost of the return shipping.  

damaged items

We wrap and pack our photo frames and mirrors with as much protection as possible to ensure they arrive to you safely.   If (and we hope this never happens) your photo frame or mirror arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.  We will work as quickly as possible to get your new photo frame or mirror sent out to you.

cancelling orders

As all of our products are made to order, we are only able to cancel your order without charge if we have not started making it.  Please contact as soon as possible by phone or email if you need to cancel your order.
