We are only able to start making your order once full payment has been received and funds cleared.

If you would like to create an account with us, you can do so through the website using your email address and a unique password. Your account can be used to view your order history (this applies to website orders only) and the progress of an existing order. You can also keep your billing and delivery addresses up to date.
Please note that by creating an account with us, your contact details will be stored by Patch & Co. and you are agreeing to our Privacy Policy and Terms. You can delete your account at any time, which will in turn will delete all of the details we hold for you.

We send all gift vouchers by first class post.
All of the images of our products are taken here at Patch and Co. Frames. We try our best to ensure that we only use images that best represent the actual products, however we cannot guarantee that your computer will display the colours accurately, or reflect the actual colours of the product.
If you are at all unsure, we are happy to send fabric samples. You can order these on our ‘Contact’ page.

We have four standard Photo Frame sizes, which are suitable for various different size photographs and come with and without mounts:
- 5 x 5 – Frame Aperture is suitable for a 5 x 5-inch photograph. This size comes without a mount.
- 7 x 5 – Frame Aperture is suitable for a 7 x 5-inch photograph. This size comes with the option of a customised mount size or no mount.
- 9 x 7 – Frame Aperture is suitable for a 9 x 7-inch photograph. Our 9 x 7 frame comes with four mount options; one suitable for a 7 x 5 photograph, a 6 x 4 photograph, a custom size mounr or no mount.
- 10 x 8 – Frame Aperture is suitable for a 10 x 8-inch photograph but does also come with a mount, suitable for a 7 x 5-inch photograph, a 6 x 5 photograph or no mount.
Please note – The visible viewing area of the photo will be just under the actual photograph size. This means that the photograph will fit into the frame without there being any gaps around the edge of it.

Â It also gives you the opportunity to choose your own fabric, and we’ll make your frame using that. Â We can source this for you, or you can send it to us to use.
The Design Your Own Form should be used to give us as much information as you can about the photo frame or mirror you would like us to make, so that we can send you an accurate quote. Â There are hints on the form so that you give us the right information for us to do so. Â We won’t start making your frame until all of the details have been agreed.

All of our photo frame and mirror ranges with fabric inserts have a visible outer and inner frame border. Unless otherwise stated, the border colour is Wimborne White by Farrow & Ball.
Your photo frame will come complete with glass and the backing of your choice.
Backing Options:Â “Strut back” to stand your photo frame or “wall hanging” to hang your photo frame on a wall.
All photo frames can be displayed in both landscape and portrait position.
If you order a mount with your photo frame, this will also be included.
Your Patch & Co. Mirror will arrive fitted up with a D-ring so that it can be hung on a wall. We do not provide the actual wall hanging.
We recommend that you check the strength of your wall with the weight of the mirror before you hang it. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for the hanging of mirrors.
We offer two different backing options for our Photo Frames:
Strut Backs – Our strut backs are made using a strong plywood and are perfect if you would like to stand your photo frame on a shelf or surface. Our strut backs are made so that the photo frame can be displayed in both portrait and landscape position.
Wall Hanging – If you would like to hang your photo frame on a wall, we can fix D-rings to the back of your photo frame. If you choose this option we will fix one so that it can be hung in portrait position and one so that it can be hung in landscape position.
Orders
[/fusion_title][fusion_text columns=”” column_min_width=”” column_spacing=”” rule_style=”default” rule_size=”” rule_color=”” hide_on_mobile=”small-visibility,medium-visibility,large-visibility” class=”” id=””]If you would like to cancel your order we need to have an email from you and also suggest you call us immediately on 01435 813158. We will not be able to cancel an order without instruction from you in an email. For all our standard size photo frames and mirrors, we can cancel your order without charge and will refund the amount on to your original payment method.
FOR CUSTOM SIZE ORDERS:
If your order has not been started we can cancel the order immediately and refund the monies paid. We aim to start making all orders within 24 hours of receiving the payment (unless your order is made at the weekend, in which case it would be started on the following Monday), therefore any cancellations made within 24 hours of confirming the order can be cancelled without charge.
If your order is already in production then we do have to charge 50% of the total cost of the order to cover manufacturing costs.
If your order is complete and has already been sent out for delivery, then there is no recourse for any of the monies paid. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you would like to change your order, please email us immediately with your requirements and follow it up by calling us on 01435 813158. If we are able to make changes to the order without losing any manufacturing costs, we will amend the order accordingly without charge.
If you are changing the order for an item that is of higher value to your original order, we will require payment for the difference before we continue with your order. If the item is of lower value, we will of course refund the difference.
Please bear in mind that the workshop is closed at the weekends and on Bank Holidays.
Delivery
[/fusion_text][fusion_text columns=”” column_min_width=”” column_spacing=”” rule_style=”default” rule_size=”” rule_color=”” hide_on_mobile=”small-visibility,medium-visibility,large-visibility” class=”” id=””]All of our photo frames and mirrors will be delivered using Fedex or DPD. We will keep you up to date on the progress of your order and will contact you when it is ready to be sent out for delivery. You will be able to track your parcel with the unique tracking code you will receive from the courier company.
All samples and Gift Vouchers will be sent by Royal Mail.
We offer shipping to specific countries across Europe, the US and Canada.
All of our products include enough packaging to keep them safe in transit but we do not include delivery costs as standard within the cost of the photo frame or mirror. Delivery costs will be shown at checkout.
If you need your order by a specific date, or sooner than our estimated 7 working days, please get in touch before you make your purchase online so that we confirm if we will be able to meet your time frame. If we can, we will!
For express shipping, extra charges may apply.
Once we have received your order, we aim to make and deliver it within 5-7 working days. We will contact you when your order is ready for dispatch and you will receive a tracking number and one hour delivery slot on the elected delivery day. Our standard UK delivery is for weekdays but weekend deliveries can also be arranged at check out.

Once we have received your order, we aim to make and deliver it within 10 working days to the US and Canada. We will contact you when your order is ready to dispatch and, once dispatched, estimated delivery will be within 3-6 working days.

Returns and Refunds
[/fusion_title][fusion_text columns=”” column_min_width=”” column_spacing=”” rule_style=”default” rule_size=”” rule_color=”” class=”” id=””]If your photo frame or mirror has arrived and it’s not what you ordered, firstly, we are sorry! Secondly, please call us immediately and we will arrange for the correct frame or mirror to be made and sent to you as quickly as possible. We’re sorry for any convenience caused.
We wrap and pack our photo frames and mirrors with as much protection as possible to ensure they arrive to you safely. If, in the unlikely event, your photo frame or mirror has arrived damaged, then please contact us immediately. We will work as quickly as possible to get your new photo frame or mirror sent out to you again.
For insurance purposes, we may ask you to photograph the damaged item to send us, so that we can assess how the damage has occurred.
We’re very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We are happy to offer free returns on all of our standard size, non-damaged products. Orders must be returned within 30 days of their arrival in their original packaging and in perfect condition. We cannot accept returns for any items that have been damaged or visibly used, or for any custom size products.
Once your return has been received, we will confirm receipt to you and refund the amount (excluding the original shipping costs) back to your card or original method of payment.
We regret that we cannot cover the cost of the return shipping.
